International Yoga Day

International Yoga Day, recognized world wide on June 21st, is a celebration of the ancient practice of yoga. It is a day dedicated to embracing the physical, mental and spiritual well-being through the practice of yoga. ACDS , as a proponent of holistic education , has consistently embraced the celebration of International Yoga day.

The day started with early sunrise and Students and Faculty were guided through various yoga asanas and meditation techniques. This practice encouraged mindfulness and unity , which set a positive tone for the day ahead.

The entire event served as a reminder of the timeless wisdom encapsulated in this ancient practice and celebration of harmony of body and mind.
